2. Definitions

• Services – All diagnostic tests, imaging, laboratory analyses, health check‑up packages, and ancillary services offered by Diagnostics.ae.

• Center – Any Diagnostics.ae physical facility.

3. Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years old or have express consent from a parent/guardian.

4. Service Description

We provide diagnostic testing in accordance with UAE health regulations. Test availability, methods, and turnaround times may vary.

5. Medical Disclaimer

Information on this site and in reports is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified physician for interpretation of results.

6. Booking & Payment

• Bookings can be made online, by phone, or via WhatsApp.

• Fees must be paid before sample collection unless otherwise agreed (e.g., insurance direct‑billing).

• Prices include sample collection, analysis, and a digital report, unless specified otherwise for particular tests.

7. Cancellation & Refund

• Charges may apply for CD/film duplicate copy requests, as per the diagnostic center’s policy.

8. Home Sample Collection

Users must provide a safe and hygienic environment. Our phlebotomists may refuse service if conditions pose a risk to staff or sample integrity.

9. Reports & Turnaround

Standard reports are delivered electronically within the indicated timeframe (typically 24–48 hours). Delays caused by unforeseen technical or clinical issues will be communicated promptly.

10. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate personal and medical information.

• Follow pre‑test instructions (e.g., fasting).

• Use reports responsibly and keep login credentials confidential.

11. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, images, text, and software on Diagnostics.ae are owned by Diagnostics.ae or licensed to us. Reproduction without permission is prohibited.

12. Third‑Party Links

Our website may contain links to third‑party sites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, Diagnostics.ae is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services or website.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Diagnostics.ae, its affiliates, employees, and contractors harmless from any claims or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, UAE.

We may revise these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
